How It Works
SyncBack4all synchronizes and backs up files such as photos, email, music, documents between desktops, laptops, servers, and removable drives.

Basic Setup
Step 1: Add new task
Select the Add button to add a new task.
Step 2: Select sync method
Select the syncronization method you wish to use.
Step 3: Select source folders
With SyncBack4all you can syncronize or backup multiple source folders.
Step 4: Select target folder
Select the folder where you wish to syncronize to.
Step 5: Analyse or Syncronize your files
Select the sync task and select the Analyse button to analyse the source and target, this will display all actions SyncBack4all will make, and allow you to manualy change actions for specific files or folders.
Or select the Run button to automatically analyse and sync your files.
Step 6: Syncronize your files
If you selected Analyse in step 5 you can now change actions for specific files or folders.
Finally select the Run button to sync your files.
Automatic Settings
There are a variety of automatic settings you can choose. You only need to set up your synchronization job once and SyncBack4all will automatically synchronize your files according to your preferred schedule settings.
Step 1: Open Scheduler
Open the scheduler by selecting the Schedule button from the main window.
Step 2: Set Schedule Options
Set the desired schedule options and click OK.
